Emeril Lagasse Forever Pans
I love this griddle pan which you can use on the stove top or in the oven. It is very large with a non-stick coating and works well when baking in the oven. Items do not stick and it is very easy cleanup. This cleans up well in the dishwasher or is very easy to wash off in the sink. I have owned several Emeril Lagasse pans over the years and they hold up very well for many years of usage. I especially like this one for oven baking and The Griddle is very deep so you can put a lot on the pan at one time. I usually put chicken and vegetables on here all at one time to cook in the oven for convenience. It always turns out very well and delicious!
